Mayhem

Well, I've nearly abandoned this blog.  May has been mayhem, as a friend calls it, and I'm just now beginning to recover.  This past week, PalmBoy finished high school, I took the final exam for the Latin class I was taking, and I finished my teaching job at Trinity.  Now, to begin getting ready to leave Hawaii in less than a month.

I'm planning to start a new blog for our European adventures, and I'll leave a link here when I get that going, just in case I still have readers left who are interested.  I haven't decided what to do with this blog yet.  I've run out of steam, but some rest this summer may just inspire me.  I have lots of thoughts on politics, but they're of the negative variety so I've hesitated posting.  I also have lots of thoughts on education, parenting, and pulling up roots, but I can't string together too many sentences just yet.  If I get another restful day like today, I may be able to function soon.
